Is that rain?! Yikes! We have been getting rain for the last 24 hours nonstop. Yay, December, eh? :-)

@dmortega Yes, ma'am. Living on one of the wet corridors from the coast, verified be several official weather stations along that route, I have gotten upwards of 72 inches of rain in one year. 51 inches is the average for the past nine years,if we get a average December, 52+ inches will not be unexpected.
