Land of the Living

"I am still in the land of the dying, I shall be in the land of the living soon." John Newton's last words. Newton penned the hymn, "Amazing Grace".

A friend, James Alan Shelton, walked into the Land of the Living... his home in Heaven, this evening. James was the lead guitarist for Ralph Stanley's Clinch Mountain Boys, well known in the world of bluegrass music. He had such a humble, gentle spirit.
