Feet

For NF-SOOC. I was experimenting with my ND filters today, trying something other than smoothing water or turning waterfalls silky. A 6 stop filter enabled me to decrease my shutter speed enough to blur these pedestrians in the crosswalk. Except for the one foot of each that was on the ground when I took the shot.
