Dinsmore Bridge by cdcook48

Dinsmore Bridge

My sooc post today was taken on the other side of the bridge but for this shot I chose to do some basic editing on the RAW file in Lightroom then took it into Silver Efex Pro for toning. At the time of exposure I used a 10 stop ND filter which allowed for a 20 second exposure which had the effect of smoothing the water and streaking the clouds.
The Dinsmore Bridge is one of 3 bridges connecting Richmond to Vancouver International Airport .
Amazing capture and beautiful edit, so many wonderful tones. Fabulous details on black.

Thanks so much for explaining all of the steps that resulted in this fabulous image. It's fascinating to read what you've done and see the result in the final image. Especially interesting to see one step which does both the smoothing of the water and the streaking of the clouds. Cheers Rob
