This was actually taken yesterday the last day of our walk. Walking up the stream next to the giant sand dunes. When tourist can come back they would be sliding down these on bogey boards!
Oh thank you for this photo, Te paki coastal trail was my first tramp in New Zealand and I can still recall how I felt... whish I was there.... oh and nicely captured in this photo too :)
@sporenmaken it was a wonderful walk - very quiet at the moment as Northland is cut of from the rest of the country due to Auckland being lockdowned. Did you complete many tramps in NZ?
