....there was a girl. She was raised by wonderful parents, and shared a loving home with three beautiful sisters. She didn't have much in a material sense, but she had what was most important in life. Her father, an artist who worked with his hands, was passionate about his work and created many beautiful works of art during his lifetime. The daughter longed to be like him and she practiced and practiced, hoping to one day be a great artist. And then, as years went by, her desire dwindled, the painting stopped. Much later she attempted to paint again and realized that the talent that she once had was gone.
Fortunately, there is a happy ending to this story. The girl picked up a camera one day and decided to join a community of other photographers. Though they were strangers they encouraged and inspired her to improve. So as the tale ends, she once again found her passion.
Instant fav. Brilliant photo and I love your story. How creative. Now why do I think that you really are a good artist, too? :-) My father wasn't an artist but he liked to draw and doodle. I wish I still had some of his drawings.
