My sister, Deb, and I are about 2 years apart. We lived out in the country for the most part and we were playmates....best friends....most of the time! You know how sisters are. It's "possible" that I felt I had the upper hand as we were growing up because I was the oldest. It's only natural, I guess.
I spent time with her last week and I realized that somehow she now seems so much wiser and stronger than me. I found myself learning so much from her. But, you know, that's okay. We can still share what we learn along the way because that's what sisters do.

Stunning shot! I too have a sister who is my best friend now. However growing up there were 5 years and a brother between us. Then I moved to where she was living 35 years ago and...and we've just been together ever since :) Fav
@jayberg - thank you. Actually she seems to be responding to a new chemo so they are holding off on surgery until absolutely necessary. Thanks for keeping her in prayer.
