From Middlesbrough to Whitby, this is stopping off at Leilholm and one of the most picturesque runs in the country. In season you can take a trip along the valley from Whitby to Pickering in the steam train, I still would love to do the trip again. I’ve only done it once many years ago when our family were young and I think it would be nice to make the trip again on a sunny day.
