Broadbilled Hummingbird

Connie and I drove south of Tucson Arizona for bird in Madera Canyon. The birding was great and the people we met were even better.

@blueberry1222 , I took this at Santa Rita's. It's about 1/2 way up the canyon on the right. They have feeders out and a large array of birds. Also, by the creek next to the picnic area which is just before Santa Rita's there are a lot of painted redstarts, another beautiful bird. Good luck.

I heard there's one in the woods out here in Chicago area and it's causing all kinds of interest as that would be out of range. I must go see if I can see this beauty you are showing us here.
