Long day today. My niece had a photo shoot on Miami Beach. It lasted 6 hours! Somehow we avoided this severe weather we encountered as we returned home. Spending all day with a professional fashion photographer and his team was very interesting. He must have taken well over 1000 photos. He even took us to the edge of the ghetto for some urban shots. Glad I was there to accompany my niece. We took a few moments to grab a bite to eat and visit a farmer's market while I took a few shots. A very successful day, since I also got another property under contract!

@pjonas Thanks! No, the contract is fortunately not in or near the ghetto! I heard on the news the next day three people were shot just 2 blocks from where we were. Glad we were out on the main boulevard.
