My favorite part of the Florida State Fair is the Cracker Village. It is just like the villages where Florida pioneers lived. At each place (home/store/school/post office), they try to recreate the time frame. It's a great way to learn history. The people love to talk to you.
We loved Williamsburg, Virginia for the same reasons. I was sorry we didn’t have our grandchildren there to see all the trades. Your Cracker Village photos have been wonderful!
