Hard to believe this residential area sits just south of downtown Miami. I took a similar photo a few years back and see there are a number of new buildings. In fact, Miami has changed considerably over the last few years. Probably, in another week, I could get a better photo with the Royal Poncianas in bloom.
I have always regretted not taking a photo of the Dallas skyline when I moved here July 4, 1969! It is completely different now and I’m sure Miami’s skyline is as well. Nice leading line in your image. Those orange trees are beautiful.
@louannwarren I should go back and get the skyline from elsewhere. I did take a picture of the new 50 story condo building that replaced where I once lived. Though I keep track of the happenings in Miami, it is still hard to take in. I first started driving to Miami almost daily when I was 16 and there was only a handful of tall buildings.
Great leading line, it draws you right in.
