I couldn't stop myself from posting this one today. As the two hummingbirds went to the feeder, they spread out their tail feathers in defensive stances, and well, this one just looked too good not to post. I love the detail in the feathers below--the wings, well, someday, I'll have them precise too, but I just was tickled when I saw how close I came to getting a "better shot." It's addictive trying to get these birds. The bluish green is so beautiful on their backs in the sun too!
