This is my portrait of my beautiful 3 year old granddaughter Evie. This was taken on Boxing Day when we went for a walk. I haven’t seen her since then. She only lives 10 minutes away but it might as well be a million miles. Evie is an absolute delight and I miss her desperately. ( just like so many of us
Lovely portrait. I also miss my grandchildren. Would never have guessed how much l could miss their call of, 'Nannu'and the little hug before I bless them good bye.
It’s sad isn’t it Denise....sometimes that’s far worse than them being far away, at least I know I’ve no chance if seeing mine until next year but I’m used to it. Must be hard being so near yet so far.
