Smile please

This is my first B&W portrait for week 3. I took a candid of him with his cap on sideways. He wasn’t overjoyed. So I took a proper smiling one. This is the face I am used to seeing at work. What child could resist a doctor with this smile, twinkling eyes and soft voice?
