Another shot from a northland beach - the patterns in the sand were fascinating. This is Matapouri Bay at sunrise. @julzmaioro and I were moaning about the grey, dull weather while we were away, but actually, we were lucky it wasn't worse, as today it is torrential rain.
At first glance I felt like this was an aerial shot, looking down on a vast stretch of land and water ways. Those patterns in the sand are most interesting.
