Maize time by dide

Maize time

Another image from the Rotary fundraiser walk yesterday. It was a lucky break that the weather was fine yesterday, as today all we have seen is torrential rain. It won't be long now until this maize is chopped and made into silage, so it was a great opportunity to see it from this vantage point.
What a great vantage point. I was thinking Maze when I saw the title, as people over here make corn mazes sometimes.

@kiwichick Yes, there used to be a maize maze about 15 minutes from here, but I don't think they planted it this year.

Great image, Dianne, now this one I think would benefit from a wee crop. Would then make a great abstract.
