We had our Camera Club prize giving tonight - first time in a new format as a mini exhibition. It went really well and everyone seemed to enjoy the new look. I even came home with a couple of trophies! Hopefully @julzmaioro will let on how she did too, as we both belong to the same club and are somewhat competitive!
Competitive in a nice kind of way... it was a fantastic night.. and pretty pleased with the results as well.. It was great to see so many great images on display..

@tramway Thanks - was a great evening and I think this format might be there to stay. I won the 'open' section for a photo of the Len Lye Centre in New Plymouth and the trophy for print points for the year… a close call, as @julzmaioro was hot on my heels!
Congratulations. I bet you are very proud with the achievement. Love the shot. Photography lovers aren't organised here, unfortunately, not that I would care to join either.
@dide Aha, now did Robin have something to do with setting up your exhibition? We're using screens she used and she mentioned something about plastic tabs with holes in. Do you know anywhere local to buy the plastic tabs?
@nickspicsnz yes Robin was setting up and delivering the screens bake to Puke tomorrow ready for you guys. We got the picture hangers from a picture framer - will try to find out where to get them.
I'm examining your photo closely to try and see how you attached the photos to the screens but can't quite tell. What did you use?
