This little beauty was in town this morning. It was not painted, but it was very rusty. Inside, it looked like the original well-worn leather seats. Hard to get an image of it without modern-day distractions.
What a fabulous find, sure looks like an original. Know what you mean about distractions, but I think this treatment minimises the background's effect.
