Spot the fisherman… Today we went for a long walk around Tapapakanga Regional Park - and it rained all the way. Up near the trig, it was a strong headwind, making us puff even more. Just as we got back to the van, the rain stopped, so Chook decided to have a go at fishing. No luck, but a pleasant place to sit on the beach. You can still see the misty rain in the distance.
Lovely layers and the lone fisherman adds perspective. Very nice image - shame Chook caught nothing, but there's more to fishing than coming home with a bagful of fish, isn't there?!
There are times when you get a peculiar light over the sea that brings out some wonderful colours - as here. Lovely colour layers in the background too.
