This image looks like it has been taken through a window, but it wasn't. It was taken out the window in the pouring rain. When I spotted the ducks heading from their usual pond to find a different one across the paddock, I grabbed the camera and got them before they disappeared under the fence into the next paddock.
@ethelperry Ha - as it happened, I had the long lens already on the camera, so it was just a matter of poking it out the dining room window and getting the shot before everything got soaked!
