On our way to Wellington, we made a small detour to the tiny settlement of Ratana. There are only about 400 people in this tidy wee town. The Ratana Temple is the reason most live here and the Temple itself can seat up to 1,000 people. It would have to be one of the most well-kept temple/churches that I have ever seen. If you look carefully, you can even see the gardener at work.
