This rock garden belongs to a Pastor friend I work with. He has meticulously placed these rocks, all sizes in these different arrangements, and he goes back every so often and changes it around. I assume it is some type of spiritual experience in so doing. I never asked him the purpose, or the significance. I guess I need to inquire.
Pretty cool! In the old testament the Israelites would stack rocks or boulders as a way to mark a spot where the Lord had done some miraculous work. Maybe it's something like that. Or maybe he just likes stacking stones. :)
