Not A Good Day

As Josie and I came upon this guy, the first thing I thought of was, Oh great! I am going to get soaked before I even get to work, as I wasn't sure if he needed first aid or what. It happens he was ok, on his phone calling for help. He waved me on. Thank goodness. It made me wonder if he was texting in the first place and ran off the road?

Texting while driving is becoming a habit. I don't know how they manage it while driving. Glad he was not hurt.
