We Downsized

This year we decided to downsize with the Christmas Tree. I must say it takes time getting used to such a small tree, but I guess that leaves more room for gifts.

Still lovely. We didn't downsize with the tree. However, for the first tome in 55 years of marriage, we opted for an artificial tree -- with lights already on it. All decorated, it looks so real......

With your ever growing family you need the space under the Christmas tree. we downsized as well by a bit, first we thought we do without it, but that decision was vetoed out. lovely and well decorated little tree.

We haven't had a tree for a few years and I miss them. But since we are not home for Christmas, it's sort of crazy to go to all the trouble of putting one up. So, just the mantle and table top decorations come out. Your tree is very pretty- maybe I should look into a small one next year...
