Have you ever captured a tender moment that restores your faith in humanity, makes you feel good and also makes you feel proud? They are moments that don't happen enough, and even when they happen, if you're lucky enough to have your camera with you, you can't always capture the moment in time before the slightest change in circumstance (like disruptions or someone moving in front of you) ruins the moment. I was blessed enough to capture one of those moments and have looked at the photo multiple times each day since taking it. I want the longevity and vitality and joy of Robert, the elderly man in the photo.
Its easier to capture a tender moment with subjects that are known to us, but harder when they are strangers. What tender moments between strangers have you captured? I'd love to see them!
After each baptism, there was cheering, clapping, hymn-singing and general rejoicing. It was truly an uplifting experience to watch this ethnic community celebrating this way in such a beautiful natural setting. I felt truly blessed to have witnessed this beautiful event.
No stranger shots of tender moments; this is probably the one I have taken that has touched my heart the most in recent years, though... my son with our cat, just hours before she died
Not strangers to me but a special moment we don't want to overlook.
ETA - I missed the part about strangers. These 2 are known to me. But, it's still a feel good pic.
