So here it is again, your weekly photo highlights!
We all want to know what your favourite photo is from the 8-14 September. Post them here by copying and pasting the code from the 'Share' box that's in your photo page. Part of the challenge is only selecting one picture, so no cheating!
To begin this thread here's my favourite from between these dates (taken on 13 September):
So hard to choose because my daughter is in 3 pictures this week.
I really like my first one Marine Wife.
But this one wins. My entire family loves it!
365 seemed to love it! I think it might be my picture with the most comments not real sure just a guess. And I love it too. My sister helped me make my mind up and this is favorite for those dates.
It was hard to choose between two photos this week. I really loved this one and my traffic light one but since I still feel like the traffic light is a bit dark, this one would have to win. Not to mention that someone wanted this one printed out and framed to hang on her wall!
Usually it is easy for me to choose a photo for this thread, but I'm really proud of all of my work this week. I loved all my shots, but I loved this one a tiny bit more
(please don't tell the others)
Thanks for hosting this weekly thread...I really like seeing what are personal favorites, and it makes me review and evaluate my week. I actually ended up liking a few of mine this week the 13th and the 10th as well as this one that I choose because of the personal memory that it will hold for me as well.
I haven't been in love with my photos lately, with the exception of this one. SOOC it was kind of neat, but once I started playing with the editing, I was in love.
I haven't uploaded all of that week yet, but I know which photos they are going to be and I feel totally comfortable picking this one. Right now it is my favorite picture I have ever taken.
I wanted this picture to be quite different but couldn't make it work. After playing around with it I realized the image was creating itself and let it do just that. I like the sci-fi effect a lot and I feel this is really much more interesting than it would have been had I stayed with my original idea.
I've often looked through these threads and either had two photos I liked, or been too disgusted with my work of that week, but this week I've got a clear favourite:
I'm quite happy with all my photos this week, but the one that definately brings the biggest smile to my face is the one that made the popular page....I'm doing this project primarily for myself but it was really gratifying to find that others appreciated my work. Most of my captures really are just snapshots, taken with a point and shot and sometimes have other memories attached to them than just the visual...so, Alejandro....you're getting another outing.
i had a couple of photos that were more popular, but this one is my personal favorite for the week. i love the captured moment between 3 very important men in my life!
My very first post on 365. I'm a newbie :)
This is of my Grandmother. She has Alzheimer's Disease. She has no idea who I am anymore. But I know her. I'm grateful to have been able to go home and catch this.
this is one of my fav shots that I have ever taken...b/c I was not able to find a quote to do this day justice...on this day (and for the first time ever) one of my pictures was worth 1,000 words.
definitely my fave this week since i was so bummed i had to send my Nikon in for repairs and was left with nothing but my iPhone...was definitely happy with this camera capture!!
I've been a little 'out of ideas' lately so during this past week I had to upload a photo that was taken a couple of months ago. It is one of my favorites though so here it is...
I have so many to pick. They are all winners in my eyes but I will pick the one picture that I tried a new technique on. Hope you enjoy, and if you like this feel free to visit my stream.
This is my favorite. It's one of those places that you see from the roadway, and think...oh, that would make a cool photo. And while I do think it made a cool photo, the best part was walking around this place just trying to wrap my head around the history that took place here. I imagined faithful towns people gathering to pray for loved ones and uncertainty during the two world wars. I imagined thousands of weddings, funerals, and other services held here. Yes, I love this photo because it reminds me to slow-down, stop even, and think about the things that really matter.

though I love Trekkin' Buddies too. I love my trekking buddy!

It was a tough choice. I have two or three favorites from this week.
Still feel like this now :-)
This one is mayby not the best quality but this garden meens a lot to me.
9/14 is is then:
my favourite from the 13th both in the picture and the sentimental value in it. :D
P.S. So many great photos on here! Thank you for keeping up the thread every week! ;-)
