Hello everybody. I post this topic every week at around the same time, and it's an opportunity to post your favourite photo from the previous week. So, what is your favourite photo from between 22-28 Jan?
You can post your favourite photo by copying and pasting the code from the 'Share' box that's in your photo page, together with info on when it was taken. Part of the challenge is only selecting ONE picture, so no cheating!
this one , it was taken in my middle sons lunchbreak in town centre , busy lunchtime trade and me on my belly in my only decent coat determined to get a shot i had in my head
Mine was a tough one... I really like two of my shots this week. But I had to go with this one. It is my favorite song right now and this came out just how I wanted it to. That doesn't happen that often. LoL
I think my most popular one by far is my bee one (or all 3 photos I took on that day from each of my albums & they all made it to PP) but I just love this one that is not even in my default album, taken at the playground on Australia Day 26th
my fave for the week would have to be this one, from Mirazozo, a walk through inflatable piece of art at the front of the Sydney Opera House. It was a truly amazing experience, and I got so many photos I wish I could have posted more of them. This is SOOC looking up at the ceiling
my poor mail box
luckily we don't get a lot of mail, and our postal carrier bundled what we did have together...when i went to get the mail today, it was on the ground :( still haven't heard from our town....
@kathyd Thank you!! Yes, Chili is very spoiled by Mr. Man and does his level best to be the perfect pet when he's home. When Mr. Man's gone, it's "game on" between me & that cat!!
I had a pretty good week. I liked my son's feet for the "Hope", my very late "Mid Air Stair" photo, and then on the way home from an amazing photo shoot I shot a very pretty sunset ...YAY!
Nearly didn't do this for the first time since I came on 365 as I think this is the best shot I did last week and, for me, it doesn't seem appropriate to plaster yourself all over the place. The message that goes with it, of hope for peace in this Middle East is, however, a really important one, with one country after another taking to the streets to demand democratic rights. I can't see any of the Egyptian 365ers here this week and I just hope they are OK.
I think I had a pretty good week so this was a really hard choice! At the same time, there was something I didn't like about each of mine which would lead me not to choose it... I'm posting this one even with my technical misgivings just because of the content-- you don't see light like this every day!
This hasn't been a great week for me as far as developing my photography skills, but I did take some pictures with personal meaning. I think this one is my favorite of the week:
It's my dad's old camera that he won for doing something awesome (I dunno what) at work. Mum says he just loved it and took it everywhere with him.
I struggled with the question this week. My favorite photo is not my best or most popular photo this week - but it most clearly represents what my project is about so I'm going with it.
I think I have to pick this one just because I don't ever see big buildings where I live and I love how the big bright morning sun looks. I didn't even plan on using this as my picture when I took it that day, I just wanted a picture of the city before I went back home.
I grew up living near the ocean. Never really appreciated the waves until last weekend. And they were very cool, shaking the pier. So many shots of waves that day.
This is my favorite. Aside from being giddy to see the first signs of spring, this photo is also setting the tone for my second year here on 365. My 365 album is going to be only photos either shot or edited with my iPhone. This shot was taken with my Nikon and then edited on my phone. I love that I am getting my artistic voice back and want to spend the next year fostering it!
This was taken at Sundance Film Festival and I think it is so interesting with the different subjects in it. I love the girl walking behind the piano player as much as I love that he was playing his upright outside in the snow storm.
I have been to this park more than once. I remember this lock after it was first painted. I took pictures of it than. I like this image better. I just love the texture and colors.
it was partly cloudy in toronto on thursday with the sun peeking out every now and then, but there was a clearing for about a few minutes and i managed to snap this.
My first full week! Here's my favorite. I'm fascinated by macro photography and am amazed that I can take pictures of things that are almost too small to see.
Since I started this project I carry my camera at all times. I saw this sunset on my way home from the vet's. I wasn't the only one who pulled over to take photos!
Mostly because it was out of my comfort zone of "people pictures" and I felt like I was reaching into some creative side of myself that I didn't know was there :-)
I was happy with how my photos turned out this week. I put a lot of thought into the story behind them and every day really represented how I was feeling. I'm having trouble choosing between Thursday and Friday's photographs!
Thia is my favourite. I got some lovely comments about it and it was for my daughter who is away from home at uni so I wanted to do something special for her. It was taken on the 27th
this one , it was taken in my middle sons lunchbreak in town centre , busy lunchtime trade and me on my belly in my only decent coat determined to get a shot i had in my head
i like the colors in this one:) and this is my favorite shirt:D
My affectionate daffodils.
This one just makes me giggle!
No question about it. :D
I really liked the lighting in this photo.
What a fantastic shot!
Or this one :)
I couldnt decide.
taken on Jan. 22
Not sure why this is my favorite. Probably because I actually came up with something creative (creative for me at least).
luckily we don't get a lot of mail, and our postal carrier bundled what we did have together...when i went to get the mail today, it was on the ground :( still haven't heard from our town....
This is my fave and took longer than I thought to get the film in the loveheart shape so I am happy with how it turned out!
I had several favorite photos this week. I like this one the best because it was "out of the box" for me.
yeah this one i think (28/01/11). quite a varied week, landscapes, close ups, portraits. good as :D
Taken on the 25th
It's my dad's old camera that he won for doing something awesome (I dunno what) at work. Mum says he just loved it and took it everywhere with him.

this was my favorite, but i had a lot of em that i liked this week!
For me, it's this one - it touches me emotionally, and I was really pleased that it turned out like I had envisioned it
Had to be the spider. This creepy creature looks way bigger and scarier than it really was. Love my garden spiders
this would be it.. =)
We finally got some much needed rain...
I grew up living near the ocean. Never really appreciated the waves until last weekend. And they were very cool, shaking the pier. So many shots of waves that day.
but I think this cactus wins
We had a fantastic day
hope it warms you up in the NH
January 22, He might be a mean one, but at least he cheers for Gang Green!
I shot this scene in the Autumn when all the trees were golden with leaves; now only the winter sun has a touch of gold in it.
Taken Jan. 27 - on the way home from work after yet another snow storm in New York City
This was taken on the 25th, i dont think its bad to say i only use a standard digital camera
Vancouver from my hotel bedroom.
Taken January 20, 2011.

This has to be my favorite the London Eye at night making use off passing traffic
A picture of my cat taken on the 22nd. Had to use cat nip to get her to be still but she didn't seem to mind.
Not a great week - but this did express how I felt on the day it was taken...!
I took this one on January 28.
I think the editing is really what I like.

Love looking at everyone else's photos - so inspiring!
This lovely flower was on the table at a tea I went to. Everyone already thinks I am a little weird.
Mostly because it was out of my comfort zone of "people pictures" and I felt like I was reaching into some creative side of myself that I didn't know was there :-)
love all of these photos :)
I guess this one, dont really like my past week..
This is my fav one.. this is my second week of proper clicking.. did not get much comments as i am relatively new..
This is my fave this week, because I got a new camera and it is a fun perspective.
