So i'm curious, I want to know what everyone's favorite photo of theirs is. So comment and put a link too.
......On your mark..........
.........Get set.......
...........GO!!!!...
Hmmm, this is a toughy since all of my photos are personal and each and every one of them have a special meaning to me, but I'll go with this one right now: Checkmate
Chris- The dug out is SOOO amazing! I really like it! and I know! It's so hard to only pick one!
Malena- OMG! That's I think the second time I've seen "Checkmate". it's amazing! (like all your photos) :D but I love it especially just cause I'm a gun nut. ;D
Vik-I love black and white too! :)
Becky- I know! It's so impossible to narrow it down to only two! p.s. I REALLY liked the farris wheel! So pretty.
YAY!! I'm so glad I can see all these wonderful pictures! And I've found a whole bunch of favorites too. :D
Wow, so hard to pick just one! I agree that each one of my photos are personal and very special to me. My 365 Project is a day out of my life, every day. It represents me and the things I love, and the things I love taking photos of. Whether it be in my backyard, at photography class, or taking a photo of my friend who has leukemia, each one says something about my day and my life.
I don't know which one of mine is my favorite, but I think the one of my redhead sister is the best. (but it won't let me copy the link) If you wanna see it, it's the only one of the redhead from this month.
This was just sooo dang hard to shoot...furtherest reach on my macro with no AF and a quick moving subject. It wasnt easy.
This is brand new but i just LOVE it.
This was another one I really liked because the lighting was challenging, as well as the trial and error with the composition (shooting via timer is not easy without a reference spot).
First off, this is my favorite thread. ALL of the photos posted so far are brilliant. Great way share the best of the best and to get an idea of what type of photography each individual finds most appealing.
Well, I would probably say that the one I shot today is my favourite and best photo so far. My picture quality isn't the best, because my 365 project is seen through the lens of my Motorola Droid's 5MP camera, even though I have a much better P&S. But therein lies the challenge for me; to try and get the best picture I can each day with just my phone's camera.
Keila, I'm very critical of my own photos. It would have been easier if you'd asked which photo is my least favorite. Since I couldn't choose one of my own, I went through yours and this is my favorite photo of your collection. Very Nice!
As many others seem to have also realized, picking just one is VERY difficult! There are a lot of other fantastic photos here so far, I can't wait to see what else is posted. Here is my contribution, a few of my favorite photos from my project so far:
This is one of the photos from our earlier spring shoot. I love the way her hair is so vibrant with the green grass. I guess it's just our irish roots. :)
I have to say. I found an excellent camera with superb focus! But one problem. It's not digital, so now all the shots I took today. (and believe me I took a lot) I have to wait and figure out somewhere where they develop film still. Otherwise I love my camera. Even though it's so old, I got really good quality photos out of it! Ha yeah I'm excited. http://media.365project.org/1/320233_cfjkmnsuz0_m.jpg
How fun to look at everyone's best shots. This is truly an exceptional collection! I guess the shot I feel is one of my best is one that evokes particular emotions connected to some of my favorite things. It's simple, but satisfying. http://365project.org/kellypea/365/2010-02-27
I love this picture simply because of how shocking and raw it is. It is also something I doubt anyone has captured before. That's what makes it really special to me.
@keila it's an image tag, i believe. can click the "how an i format my reply" but basically < img src="path of picture" > without the space before & after < >
I have two more that I'm immensely proud of, though the fact that they turned out quite well really didn't have much to do with me at all. I just happened to have the camera handy when the subject showed up at a serendipitous moment this past weekend.
That said, I consider them my most rewarding photos, thus far. http://365project.org/1blond/365/2010-07-11http://365project.org/1blond/365

Luckiest find with my Nikon (and SOOC):

Still, I think it was important to do so: http://365project.org/1blond/365/2010-06-19
( not to worry...the rest of my examples are not quite so...personal. ;-)
Taken the second day of my project SOOC: http://365project.org/1blond/365/2010-02-21

Hard to choose a last one, but I'll go with this: http://365project.org/1blond/365/2010-06-27
This one: http://365project.org/edpartridge/365/2010-03-01 as I was finally coming to grips with my camera and what it can do.
This one: http://365project.org/edpartridge/365/2010-03-26 as it turned out quite well ...
And finally this one: http://365project.org/edpartridge/365/2010-03-28, though no-one commented on it! I like it for the facial expressions from my daughters.
Oh ... and this one: http://365project.org/edpartridge/365/2010-05-31 if only to show just how good Photoshop CS5 is, plus it freaked out Ross ...
This one comes in second. I love it because of the shading and the colors. :D
