For those of you unaware, the Abstract-Mundane Challenge runs parallel with the Mundane Challenge, using the same object as chosen by the host of the Mundane Challenge. However, there is a distinct difference between the two challenges. For the Mundane Challenge, the object must clearly be “the star” of the photo and recognizable. For the Abstract-Mundane Challenge, the object should not be immediately recognizable - it should be more abstract.
I am so happy with the fantastic entries for this challenge. It was hard choosing the five finalists. Thank you to everyone that submitted photos!! Here are the finalists, in no particular order.
Please select your favourite by placing its corresponding number in a reply below. You have until the end of Thursday to vote. I will announce the winner on Friday April 26th. Happy voting everyone!!
