Day 114 of 365: Up the Hill

2015 April 24: When we first bought this home, I was so enamored with the yard that I didn't notice that it has quite a slope ...It is a gentle slope, but still quite an impressive one! This silo across the street is so tall that it towers over our neighborhood, but from the middle of our back yard, its top is on the horizon.

Well that means something about the slope! Must be good for sailing down on a tin tray though?

Thanks, @Maggiemae, @Paul, @Karen Smale! Maggiemae, We don't get much snow here, but it is a nice slope to slide down whenever we do! Karen, It does look like an observatory now that you mention it ...I wonder if the farmer who owns it would consider a neighborhood observatory (LOL!).
