January 6, 2016: While walking around my yard today, I noticed that the only flowers still blooming in my flowerbed are some vibrant red dianthus, and the multi-colored pansies that I recently planted. I paused for a moment trying to pick out my favorites among these, and thought that this yellow pansy looked delightful with the bright sun glistening on it.
There is something about pansies that just make you smile and the yellow ones make you feel warm all over!! Makes me feel like it is Spring!! We are having some extra cold nights right now, 29 F last night and 26 F tonight!! I HATE the cold!! Love looking at this pansy and feeling warm and spring!! Beautiful details and composition! FAV!
