2016.06.18 Saturday: My son and I stood outdoors to enjoy the view as the sun steadily sank below the horizon this evening. A good many birds flew swiftly past us, going back to their nests for a good night's sleep.
This American Robin, however, lingered as he perched high on the utility lines near our street light ...throwing back his head and loudly singing his beautiful bedtime song.
