I only took 5 pictures today, all at Bidnija, the place where Ms Daphne Caruana Galizia was murdered. Four years ago to the day this wife, mother, sister and investigative journalist was assassinated because she was exposing corruption at the highest level of our society.
In her last blog commentary Ms Daphne Caruana Galizia had written that the situation (in Malta) was desperate. All Maltese of goodwill hope that justice will be served and the full truth be known.
I took this photo late in the evening lit by the occasional passing cars.
This is such scary stuff. How wonderful she is being honored and remembered. I sure hope her sacrifice was noticed and there are changes. The USA is quickly heading down this path. The things the ruling class is doing will not be ignored for much longer.
