Today I learnt that yesterday's full moon is called the Hunter's Moon. According to popular belief it was named thus because it signaled the time to go hunting in preparation for the cold winter months.

This is a composite. I liked how the leaves of the Araucaria were shining in the moonlight. The moon at a different aperture is placed in the same position as the overexposed one.
