Long way up

Went by these steps hundreds of times and today was the first time I went up to see where they led to. The facade was lit up by reflecting glass of a modern office in the alley on the right. The stairs have been modified to include a ramp which zigzags all the way from side to side of the narrow passageway to the house at the top

The scene is interesting. The house seems closed up tight with the blue doors and shutters.

Interesting combination of a neat, colourful building and the uneven steps that lead up to it! Very nicely composed.
