I don't believe it! This is our local branch of Natwest which had been in the same place in Teddington for decades. Last year it was closed for a couple of weeks for a major refurbishment.
Today we found out that it is one of the 150 high street branches that will be closing as of October this year.
As an aside, I've lost 4.5lbs in my first week of 'fat fighters', only 2.25 stone to go!
