Park Run again today and despite lapsing on my weekly runs I managed to knock off a few seconds off the previous week. When we go into the funnel at the end of the run there are a number of volunteers helping people through, this time Jo - a volunteer - had a huge rabbit called Piellie (Hebrew for ‘my elephant’) in a sling around her neck. Apparently he likes coming out like that!
Later in the day we prepared for our evening meal with Robert and Sue. Starters was melon and Parma ham, a main of roast duck with roast potatoes and my infamous Summer Pudding. It went down well and we did not get to bed until 1.00am!
