Today was the second day of the Orleans House Christmas shopping weekend. I was so much warmer today as I came in my extra thick jumper and thermal top! Although sales were not quite so high today, I still made another good profit and as I’d covered costs yesterday I was very happy at the end of the day.
So many people came to say hello including a fellow card maker who is stocked along time me at Squires. She too has noticed the problems I have and although she did not come with good news, I think we can work together in the New Year to try and see what we can do about it. I also met the editor of the TW magazine who had brought me some copies of the magazine for my archives. It could well be that I also provide some of the other covers during 2020.
It was quick to pack my stall up at 5.00pm and I was almost sorry to go as it has been such a nice weekend and for once I have managed to make some profit.
