This mornings job was to sort out the Teddington spinner, removing the Christmas cards and changing the header board. Since I had a sneaky count last week I have actually sold a few more and only have 57 to swap in and need to restock over 120. Next week is the really big job of swapping in a new clean spinner and cleaning every single card on display in three branches of Waterstones.
Later in the afternoon I had a Doctors appointment in Twickenham - blood pressure not too bad although on the high side. Afterwards it was a double drop off in Twickenham and Fulwell for some late orders of calendars. I am now pretty sure that I am going to break even and should be in profit when final sales from various shops come in. This is an image from earlier in the afternoon when it absolutely hammered it down!
Positive: I have indeed sold two calendars and have already received a ‘thank you’ online!
