1 year, 276 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.
Today is the last day that the decorations can be up without getting bad luck! Every year there is a long discussion as to whether they should come down on the 5th or the 6th but using Advent, I make it the 6th. I wrote to the Golf Club thanking them for another successful function and spent almost two hours trying to create a montage for Charley’s birthday. She forwarded me some images taken but another person. They really are not very good with heads and feet cropped off.
I find it very difficult working with someone else images. I am not happy with my montage so far and Colin’s comments - after almost 2 hours of work - were not particularly helpful either. Seems we are starting the year positively. Not! I popped out for some fresh air and to buy a lottery ticket in desperation and to take a last photo of the lights in the High Street before everything has to come down.
