Today I drove over to my friends Sarah and Patrick’s house to pick up them both and also Izzy, my Goddaughter who had an appointment over in Chessington to order a new state of the art wheelchair. Izzy was really good and I learned so much about wheelchairs. Who knew there were so many options and adaptations to make the perfect individual chair for every different user. After well over two hours of fitting - Izzy was getting tired by this point - we headed to the Chessington Garden Centre for lunch which is where Colin and I often stop after visiting the Skoda garage and Colin’s family tree researcher.
I think we all needed lunch by this stage. Izzy didn’t ant to be in the photo though!
