It was a truly awful day today, i spent hours with Martin - my Apple engineer over the phone trying to resolve the iCloud issue on my iMac and at the end of it, it as even worse. I am so hacked off. Todays photo is awful - it’s the back of our new BT router which we had to turn off and on again - no that did not improve the situation!
