I had a few ideas for todays photograph but walking over Kingston Bridge changed all this.

There was a procession of 'Stand up Paddle boarders' paddling a circuit between bridges. They looked quite incongruous amongst the swans and boats and brought a touch of Hawaii-5-O to the Thames today!

Surely it would still be cold! I expect they really had to get out and try their new and expensive boards - different from the usual paddleboard!

@maggiemae It was definitely quite chilly and the water must have been much colder! Paddle boarding seems to be taking off in the UK recently. I have no sense of balance and a natural clumsiness so won't be giving it a go!!

Nice shot! I've always wanted to try paddle boarding, but my balance is so terrible I probably wouldn't last 30 seconds before I fell into the water!

You always get such great vantage points. Shows that you are always looking at the world to find unique viewpoints. Enjoy how the three are in unison with the paddling.
