4th July 2013

Today was mostly spent at the physio trying to get husband's back sorted (story on yesterdays post!).

Again, a quick shot this evening of a beautiful Daylily which has just opened in our back garden. We would not have seen this if we had returned on our scheduled date on Saturday so a little consolation perhaps. These are stunning and come up in the same place every year, lasting only a day or so, hence their name!

Totally different subject but I have just noticed the date and as well being Independence Day in America, it is also exactly 23 years to the day since my graduation... how time passes!
Tere are generally so many on the bush though, it seems to last for ages! Glad your husband is getting hopefully the right treatment for his back. Backs are so important!

I love these lilies. There are lots of them blooming in Toronto now, I've posted a shot of one already and may do more, they are irresistable! Lovely pov and focus on this. I hope your husband's back is improving.
