I guess every city has a neighborhood like Baton Rouge"s Mid City: bungalows in varying states of repair, small businesses that come and (sometimes) go, ethnic restaurants, elegant older homes and not-so-elegant ones....

This one actually looks like it could be restored and refurbished and be a real eye-catcher. It's cute! I hope someone does that someday.
