Five days before Christmas. House clean (pretty much.) Presents bought (but not wrapped.) Menu set.
BUT--the 6-month-old refrigerator is having problems and the part won't be in until after Christmas. A family member is caught up in the delays at the Atlanta airport. My granddaughter is visiting friends out of state and decided this is the perfect time to have her nose pierced ("You told me to think about it and I did.")
And then I got an email from my son saying he'd be home for Christmas. Life is good!

the holidays, hm what can you do. as for your granddaughter, I don't like nose piercing. Love the poor donkey....life is hard.
A lot is going on this season. And this donkey looks like he couldn't care less. I am against any sort of piercing. God has created us beautiful enough.
