@eudora My grandfather raised sugar beets so I knew there was more than one kind of way to process sugar.

Great shot- that stack really stands out against the sky. Are they going to put the mill back into operation with something else?

@grammyn And I knew very little about sugar beets (or any other kind of beets that weren't in a can!) until one of our sons moved to Idaho and discovered he liked all the different kinds of beets.
