To everyone celebrating December holidays, best wishes!
In our house it is Christmas Eve and we have a broken water pipe from the recent freeze. It's not too serious, just an outdoor faucet spraying water, but in the middle of baking cookies and roasting chicken for tomorrow's gumbo, we had to turn off the water till Brandon could go to Lowe's for supplies to perform an emergency temporary fix. We didn't even try to find a plumber on Christmas Eve!
But, whether I'm ready or not, Christmas is coming. . . .
Oh no! I’m so glad you have Brandon there to help you with that. What a catastrophe! Beautiful philosophical outlook about it all. I love the simplicity of this photo
Merry Christmas! I'm sorry about your pipe! My son wasn't planning to come until Christmas day, but late on Christmas eve he showed up here, having had a pipe burst at his house. I've got faucets running and a small heater on the back porch, hoping for the best.
