It gets cold here in the winter...I've shot sunset at this site and thought my fingers and toes would suffer from frost bite just waiting for the sun to set, lol. The views are spectacular and the hike not too bad especially in the summer months. I seem to be drawn to this area in Colorado during the winter months while the snow creates such a perfect winter atmosphere. Hope everyone is enjoying these first few days of 2017 and your hopes and dreams become reality!
What a beautiful spot - the colors are wonderful. Looks like you're the only one in the world there - a feeling I love. Looks like there's been some activity around that neat little hut - Are the wide patterns in the snow to the right ski mobile types?
